About the role

You will be running Paid Social campaigns for a rapidly growing and highly successful Heath Tech StartUp. Furthermore, you will work alongside our Head of Growth and Global Paid Social Team and will be responsible for the daily management, analysis and optimization of campaigns as well as driving ideas for channel development.

You will get the opportunity to work with several brands and also get to collaborate with and learn from multiple channels and functions within the business on a daily basis. We want you to become an integral member of the team and help us quickly test hypotheses we have about the growth of leads, appointment and sales to increase our revenue and product adoption.

Your responsibilities

  • You will work with the Head of Growth and Global Paid Social Team to define the approach for the accounts based on the set business targets
  • You will proactively analyze, spot trends and optimize campaigns to drive changes in performance
  • You will be part of the marketing team and work closely with other functions, such as Design, MarTech and CRO
  • You will research creative and landing page recommendations and look for cross channel opportunities

Your profile

  • You are experienced in running direct response Paid Social marketing campaigns and have a proven track record of successfully scaling the channel
  • You have strong analytical as well as numeracy skills
  • You are experienced in working with Excel
  • High attention to detail is key for you and you enjoy working autonomously
  • You have gained project management experience
  • You are a self-motivated fast-learner
  • You are fluent in English and your German is at B2-level
